The interview process was quite long, spanning several months. It involved 6 separate interviews with various team members, not counting the initial recruiter calls. After finishing all the interviews, there was a month-long period where I heard nothing, and I was starting to think I didn't get the job. However, I was eventually informed that I had been selected. On the plus side, all the interviews were pretty relaxed and straightforward.

It took 2 months from applying to the first email from the company asking for an interview. Had a screening call with HR and two interviews. Got positive feedback both times but no updates on next steps. After some follow ups, got a date for when I'd hear back (they had additional interviews), but got ghosted with no response/feedback despite several follow ups. Very disappointing, especially after getting all that feedback. The interview process was basic - asked to describe your experience and that’s pretty much it. Overall it was very conversational and I had many opportunities to ask questions.

First, there was a HR screening call. Then, I interviewed with the client lead where we talked about my experience and past projects. Everyone was friendly. The third round will be a chemistry check with the team.
