The interview process was pretty quick and organized. Started with a standard HR screening call. After that, I had calls with Directors/MDs for the next round. Everything was done virtually via Microsoft Teams.

I went through a phone screen that was really easy. Then there was a first virtual round with the HR Director, which was pretty standard. She was nice though, and gave me tips on how to impress the team for the final round. The final round was a half-day in-person thing, with four 45-minute one-on-one meetings with different team members and managers in a conference room. The whole process took about four weeks from start to finish. After I finished, they said it was down to me and one other person and I'd hear back in two weeks. I never heard anything, so I followed up, and then got an email saying they'd cancelled the position. Total waste of my time and effort, especially with the travel to Dallas and interview prep, only to have nothing come of it. Super frustrating.

The interview process started out great! But recruiter will ghost you after saying you moved on to the next round and would not respond to any emails or follow-ups. 2-3 weeks later I get an automated email saying I didn’t get it. Please respond to candidate emails.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation Group

I interviewed only with Veralon folks (now VMG Health). First up was mostly behavioral questions with a few case questions. Then I did an Excel assessment. The final round had a case interview, two 1-on-1s with managing directors, and a panel interview. That last panel interview felt more like an interrogation than a chat. The recruiter was communicative at first but then totally ghosted me after the final round, not replying to emails or calls. I eventually got a rejection email after reaching out to one of the consultants. The whole process was way too long and just not a good experience overall. They didn't seem to respect candidates' time.
