I had a phone interview with the recruiter. They asked about my previous sales experience and how I might stack up against other successful reps. The recruiter didn't give many details about the role or the company unless I agreed to move forward, which involved signing an agreement. It seemed like a good place to work, with lots of support. Their website and marketing stuff looked really good too.
