Software Engineer
The interview process was extremely long, with 6 steps and long wait times for responses. I ended up rejecting the offer due to this delay, which took almost 2 months. Also, the role the headhunter described was a bit different from the actual role, which included more tasks than initially presented.

Software Engineer
I applied online and heard back a couple of weeks later for an interview for a J2EE Developer role. The first day involved a lengthy technical interview lasting about 3 to 3.5 hours. It started with a 1-hour session where I had to explain my past projects using a whiteboard, drawing diagrams to illustrate my work. This was followed by technical questions covering areas like algorithms, math, Java, and web technologies. After the first interview, there was a gap of about 2 to 3 weeks before I was contacted for a second interview, which included some technical questions and mainly focused on salary negotiation.

- How would you approach some algorithm problems?
- What's your understanding of the math concepts relevant to software engineering?
