Software Engineer
The interview process was extremely long, with 6 steps and long wait times for responses. I ended up rejecting the offer due to this delay, which took almost 2 months. Also, the role the headhunter described was a bit different from the actual role, which included more tasks than initially presented.
- Could you teach other teams about the X stack technology?
Logistics Specialist
Overall it was a very good experience. First round with the director than in person round. Later spoke with VPO and HR. Basic behavioral question, knowing about my background, my passion, how will I fit in the role. Clear communication about what they expect from me and how I would help them achieve their goals. Director, VPO and HR were very friendly and kept the process more like a friendly talk. Excited to be part of the company who is known for caring for their employees.

Sales Operations Analyst
I submitted my application online to Vizrt back in March 2019. I was really looking forward to the interviews after seeing all the good stuff people said about the company online. First, I had a chat with the Office Manager. We talked about the company culture and what the job is all about. After that went well, they set up a phone interview with the President of the Americas GEO. This was my chance to ask them about the role and make sure it fit with where I want my career to go. Not long after, the company arranged for an on-site interview with the AMS President and the AMS HR Director. Be prepared to do an assignment; you'll need to bring proof of your skills and experience. The whole process was super easy and everyone was upfront about everything. The management team is really clear about the kind of people and skills they need to help the company grow. I was seriously impressed by the energy, the smarts, and the big plans they have. It was cool hearing about all the progress they've made, what's coming up, and the kind of work I'd be doing. Finally, the HR Director, the hiring manager, and I talked about the offer details. Even though I had other offers, I chose Vizrt because they have awesome people, a great atmosphere, really thorough reference checks, and most importantly, the leadership team took the time to show me their vision and strategy using a PowerPoint presentation. That was the deciding factor. I'm excited to join a company with great tech, great leaders, and great clients!
- Could you share an example of when you created a tool or dashboard that positively impacted the company's financial results?
Systems Engineer
So after I applied online, I got contacted a couple days later. The next week, I had a phone interview with two technical folks. Then I got a take-home programming assignment, which took about the 4-6 hours I expected. A couple of weeks after that, I went in for an in-person interview, which was a group session with two technical employees and then a 1:1 with HR. Then, a couple weeks after that, they made me an offer.
