The interview process was quite challenging. HR had several issues and contacted me at odd hours, emphasizing urgency to schedule a call for the following Monday morning. The entire process had 6 rounds, including a case study and a presentation. It seemed like the direct manager might have favored a candidate, but the rest of the interviewers were not convinced.

I met with three to five directors or Senior Directors on the team, then I met with the VP and SVP who were over the business functional unit. Some of the interviews were panel interviews, and others were one-on-one. One interview was by phone. The conversation was pretty casual. They asked the usual questions. I could tell some interviewers were used to the STARR method, but the company seems to have moved away from that. They spent a lot of time talking about the role and expectations.

I sent my resume in after seeing the job on LinkedIn and an HR person called me back in just a couple days. I then had a 1-hour call with the recruiter, and after that, I spoke with the hiring manager within a few days. After that, I came in for an onsite interview with the team, and then had to give a presentation about a made-up project I managed. It was a great experience overall, and the whole thing only took about three weeks from start to finish.
