So there were 3 rounds of interviews for this role. The first round was with a Sr. Director, the second round was a panel interview where I had to present a savings opportunity, and the third round was with another Vice President.

This place strung me along for two full months and put me through seven interviews. Yes you read that right. SEVEN interviews, just to tell me at the end of the process I didn't have enough experience. The hiring manager was clearly a sadist as the seventh interview wasn't even technically part of their standard hiring process, but something "he likes to do if he needs to in order to help make a decision". The recruiter was useless. Trying to get any information or even a response out of him was like pulling teeth. The place was going to ghost me after SEVEN interviews and the only reason they weren't able to is because I was annoyingly persistent about making them officially reject me. This place sucks, the people who work here suck, the entire interview process was red flag after red flag.
