First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vivial.
Sales
The HR department reached out to set up the interview, but it ended up being moved a day later due to a scheduling conflict. I then had a one-hour interview with the inside sales manager, followed by another hour-long meeting with the local sales director to discuss the role. The day after that, I sent thank-you emails to both of them. After a week of no news, I followed up with the HR contact. Three days later, I got a standard email saying I wasn't selected. I was pretty disappointed with how long it took to get a decision and the lack of feedback. Oh well, it wasn't meant to be.
- Can you share an instance from a sale where you hoped for a different result?
Sales Representative
I met with 4 different people. No phone interview. The whole thing took 3 hours. They ended up offering me the job, but I turned it down. The reason I turned it down was that every single person I spoke with mentioned that they fire people who don't meet expectations. I just didn't think that was professional.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What's your background in sales?
- What experience do you have with cold calling?
Inside Sales Representative
You had 3 phone interviews and two live interviews, all with different people. After that, you were required to "sell" a member of management over the phone. They then made you sit with a rep for 10 minutes to let you see what you were getting yourself into.
- Who are you?
- What kind of experience do you have?
