Analista de Compras
The hiring process could have been more transparent about the job scope and compensation. During the interview, there was little clarity on responsibilities, with mentions of potential demands beyond what was initially described. The compensation also seemed misaligned, being based on the last salary provided, which was below expectations for the position's level. Additionally, the benefits package is not very attractive, and the work model appears inflexible, with long hours and a 100% on-site arrangement in a more distant area of São Paulo. I believe more clarity and alignment would have made the experience more positive.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experience? What was your most recent salary? Why are you interested in working at Vivara?
Marketplace Specialist
I was contacted via WhatsApp and the interviewer called me. I explained my entire background, and she just agreed. I could tell she didn't understand anything about the scope of the role, she didn't even know what 'Buy Box' meant. She said she liked my profile and would send a test, after which we'd continue. I still haven't received the test or any updates on the process, which clearly didn't move forward. They need to review their interview and candidate prospecting process.
- What were the goals you managed in the marketplace and what was your daily routine like?
Administrative Assistant
A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn yesterday and we scheduled a chat. On the same day, I got feedback from the first stage, which led to scheduling a stage with the manager. I learned about the area, the daily routine, and was asked some questions like: Tell me about yourself, and about yourself beyond professional and academic experiences. If I've ever made an implementation that improved a process. If I have knowledge about the system and routines of the area.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Why should we hire you/what's your differential for Vivara?
- What are your plans for the future?
Sales Representative
- How would you sell a product to me?
- What sales techniques do you use to meet your targets?
- Tell me about yourself and your experiences.
