I had an interview with a data scientist, which went well. After that, I was given a take-home challenge. It was quite time-consuming, especially since they emphasized thorough documentation and offered multiple approaches for open-ended questions. I put a lot of effort into it, more than previous take-home tasks I've completed. Unfortunately, I received a quick rejection and couldn't get any feedback despite asking.

Had an initial phone call with the team lead which was followed by a take-home coding and modelling challenge. The challenge had standard programming questions and an open-ended modelling task at the end. Unfortunately, they never got back to me with a response or any feedback. Based on the caliber of scientists at the firm, it's probable they couldn't distinguish between a good or bad submission.

First spoke to the Hiring Manager, then I had a take-home challenge which was a data science task. After that, I had interviews with the team, which included other data scientists and potential colleagues. Then there was an HR round. It was a really cold experience overall, except for HR. I decided to stop the process midway because the vibe just wasn't right. They didn't provide feedback, but honestly, I didn't really care.
