Applied for RN positions, spoke with a recruiter about triage and admissions roles. Was told an interview would be scheduled for triage, but got a call the next week saying it was no longer available. Then the recruiter talked about an admissions role and said they'd call back to schedule an interview after I shared my availability. Never heard back about that either. Follow-up communication felt limited.

The interview process was highly organized and detailed. They checked for fluent knowledge of Medical Terminology and the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. They also asked about computer program knowledge, specifically Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel spreadsheets. Additionally, my 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator with skills in providing services over different clinical trials, combining training, was a key part of the discussion.

The online application was time-consuming, but the interview process itself was straightforward and quick. It seems like a good place to work for the elderly, though the pay is below average for an experienced RN. The health benefits are lacking, essentially a catastrophic plan with a $5,000 deductible. The staff are very dedicated, but the paperwork is a handful, and the new pharmacy isn't working out for patients.
