It was quite a process! A recruitment agency reached out first. I did a bunch of pre-interviews with them, then they passed me to Vitality's main interviewers. All happened within about a week. The main interview was actually pretty fun. Telling stories really helps show what you can do. Just make sure you know what the job needs and tweak your answers for it. Boom! You'll impress them.πŸ˜„

It was a smooth, clear, and positive experience. First, there was a phone call with the recruitment team where they asked basic questions about my background and experience. Then, I had an in-person interview at the office for about an hour, where they asked some example-based questions.

It was a pretty standard interview process to see if I'd be a good fit. They ask you questions to see if you're right for the role, and you can ask them questions too. Be careful though, some companies might not tell you everything important.
