The interview process was smooth and quick. I had a phone interview, then an Excel/logic assessment, and finally a last interview. Everyone on the team was very nice and responsive, which I appreciated. The phone interview had more questions than I anticipated, so be ready.

The interview process was great. It started with a phone screen with an HR rep who asked some basic questions. Then, I was invited to complete an Excel and logic assessment. Finally, I interviewed with the team I would be joining. Everyone I met was very friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the interview. I didn't find the instructions for the Excel and logic assessment confusing.

It was professional overall. I got an email to schedule a phone screening, and during the call, the HR person asked me about my background, my previous responsibilities, and for specific examples. This was followed by an assessment that tested my Excel and logic skills, which wasn't too hard. The only tricky part was the instructions from the HR person; I suspect they were intentionally unclear to see if I could follow oral directions. The HR person didn't specify what I needed to do, just vaguely pointed and said something like 'there's a sheet over there.' Definitely ask questions if you're unsure about what's being asked.
