First, there was a phone interview for about 45 minutes with a recruiter. They talked about the position and asked why I would want to work there. Next, a 45-minute Skype interview was conducted since the new location wasn't ready for an in-person meeting. This interview involved a deep dive into my training, theoretical orientation, and the company. Finally, a 3-hour on-site training workshop took place. I heard back shortly after, but unfortunately, the start date is 6 months from the interview and offer, which doesn't make much sense.

I was interviewed in person, then asked to do a telephone role play and take an online test. I was told I would be contacted after completing these tasks, but never was. I assume that I performed poorly, but would have liked a polite rejection letter. Instead I heard nothing. During the interview I was not told that if I failed to make the cut I would hear nothing.

After completing an online test the day before, I had an initial phone interview that lasted about 20-30 minutes. The online test primarily covered my working style, such as whether I prefer working in groups or individually, and included timed vocabulary and math questions. If they liked me after this phone interview, I would soon hear about a Skype interview for a second interview.
