The offer is good, but from the interview process, I can feel that the superior will be a tough one and not really friendly. I applied for a Malaysia secretary position, but they asked me to sit in the Singapore secretary team.

I first had a screening with the director. It went well, she was open and seemed great to work with. HR coordinator was supposed to be there but was sick. After trying to reschedule twice with the HR coordinator (one time I was already on my way when she cancelled), we finally met for the third scheduled time. She was late and aggressive, even saying "why are you even sending your CV? you have nothing to do here your profile does not match". I remained composed, but honestly, having worked in HR myself, she could learn a thing or two about not rescheduling so much, not being late, and not being rude. I had other options with a competitor (where I got an offer) and another role that suited me better. VISTRA might be okay, as the director and her team seemed decent, but this one HR person clearly doesn't know her job and makes it less appealing to work there.
