Accountant
The job the hr offered didn't match what was promised. During the interview, the hiring manager suddenly mentioned that only this one position was available, which was completely different from what the hr had offered. The hiring manager only explained the job scope during the interview and promised to provide results in 1-2 weeks, but I've been ghosted since then.
- Tell me about your experience.
- How do you cope with stress?
- What is your experience with transaction volume?
Finance Analyst
The interview process was straightforward and conducted online via Teams. It didn't involve many stages. The questions were pretty standard, the kind you could find with a quick online search for basic interview questions. The hiring manager was great and easy to talk to, and the HR person was also pleasant to work with.
- Can you introduce yourself and describe your personality?

It was a good experience. The employers were really nice and made me feel comfortable. It felt more like a discussion than a formal interview. The process was smooth and had 2 rounds. They asked about the projects I've worked on and any challenges I encountered during those projects.
- Can you tell me about your skills and what you've worked on?
- What projects have you worked on and what challenges did you face?
- Could you elaborate on your skills and experience?
Corporate Secretarial Assistant
So I start by applying for the job, you know, either on their website or like a job board, and I send my resume and maybe a cover letter. Then a recruiter will reach out, usually by email or phone, to set up a screening call. This first chat is just to see if I'm interested, get a feel for my background, and talk a bit about my skills. If that goes well, I might have a first round interview, which could be over the phone or video. They'll dig more into my past work, my skills, and how they fit what they need. They might ask about situations and how I handled them to check my problem-solving.
- Could you walk me through your background?
