I cleared all 5 rounds and was asked to submit documents for the offer letter. However, the offer letter was never sent. After following up for a month and a half, they apologized, saying hiring was frozen. All 5 rounds took place on the same day at their Bangalore office. The questions were challenging and required deep understanding. The interviewers were highly skilled. They covered Data Structures, Java OOPs, Java Collections, String problems, Recursion, SQL, Linux basics, and AWS basics. I submitted my documents the same day I was asked. But the offer letter didn't come. After repeated emails every two weeks, they kept saying it would take another two weeks for approval. Finally, after 1.5 months, I was told hiring was frozen and I should look elsewhere. The HR's behavior was unprofessional, wasting my time and the tech team's time. I wouldn't recommend this company. They might have budget issues, even though my current salary is high and was disclosed. If they don't have the budget, they shouldn't waste candidates' time.

It was a pleasant and cordial experience talking with everyone. The process started with a ~1 hour initial phone screening by a Senior Engineer. This was followed by an ~4 hour on-site interview where 4 different senior engineers assessed my programming and database skills. On the same day, I also interviewed with the Senior Director, Vice President, and CTO for more culture fit-oriented discussions.

Applying was super simple and moving through all the steps was a breeze. After a quick HR phone chat, they set up a Skype interview with two team members. Occasionally, they'll give you a take-home assignment. The next part is an onsite interview where you meet the whole team, HR, and the manager. No brainstorming sessions were involved. The process for getting your travel expenses back is straightforward. They provide quick feedback.
