I cleared all 5 rounds and was asked to submit documents for the offer letter. However, the offer letter was never sent. After following up for a month and a half, they apologized, saying hiring was frozen. All 5 rounds took place on the same day at their Bangalore office. The questions were challenging and required deep understanding. The interviewers were highly skilled. They covered Data Structures, Java OOPs, Java Collections, String problems, Recursion, SQL, Linux basics, and AWS basics. I submitted my documents the same day I was asked. But the offer letter didn't come. After repeated emails every two weeks, they kept saying it would take another two weeks for approval. Finally, after 1.5 months, I was told hiring was frozen and I should look elsewhere. The HR's behavior was unprofessional, wasting my time and the tech team's time. I wouldn't recommend this company. They might have budget issues, even though my current salary is high and was disclosed. If they don't have the budget, they shouldn't waste candidates' time.

Behavioral Technical

I applied through the company website and ended up talking to four different people, including a Senior Manager and the Director of Ad Operations. The interviews had standard questions, and everyone was friendly and gave me a lot of info about the job duties and what a typical day looks like. The recruiter mentioned he'd let me know either way, but I never heard back, and even emailing him later didn't get a response.

Behavioral Technical

It started with a quick HR phone screening where they asked some sample questions like why you're into Advertising, a bit about your experience, and your skills. Then, there was an in-house interview with the Account Management Team, which included your potential boss and four other Account Managers. They really dug into your background to get to know you and went into detail about the role you'd be doing, emphasizing relating your experiences to it. They also asked how you prioritize tasks.

Applying was super simple and moving through all the steps was a breeze. After a quick HR phone chat, they set up a Skype interview with two team members. Occasionally, they'll give you a take-home assignment. The next part is an onsite interview where you meet the whole team, HR, and the manager. No brainstorming sessions were involved. The process for getting your travel expenses back is straightforward. They provide quick feedback.
