The interview process was pretty straightforward, with 2 initial rounds held online via Zoom, followed by a super day. Communication from the recruiting team was quick. I was interviewing for the analyst program. I'm not sure what the super day will entail.

I interviewed for a position in the Austin office back in July. The initial interview lasted about 30 minutes and was primarily focused on behavioral questions. The technical questions were actually pretty straightforward compared to what you'd see in banking interviews, covering basic accounting and similar topics.
