I went through a process for the CAPS team. It started with a recruiter call, then a manager call. After that, I had a short case study which involved excel formatting, data cleaning, and preparing an IR memo and meeting. Finally, I had a call with three team members (VP, SVP, MD) before receiving an offer.

Behavioral

I had an initial screen, then talked to the hiring manager, followed by loop interviews. The interviews were pretty standard, mostly behavioral. I met with a recruiter first, then a hiring manager, and then four other managers. It was going well until they changed their minds and ghosted me after all interviews were done. I spent 3 hours interviewing, and after a month, I still haven't received a rejection or any follow-up. Save yourself the time.

Behavioral Technical

This was supposed to be the final interview, and honestly, it felt pretty stale. The hiring manager seemed completely uninterested from the get-go, struggling to focus. He'd ask something, then immediately get distracted by his paperwork or what was on his multiple monitors. It didn't seem like he was taking any notes or really absorbing what I was saying. Every answer I gave was met with a pause, and he'd have to pull himself out of whatever he was doing to try and re-engage with the interview. I'm pretty sure nothing I said registered. It's hard to want to work for a company that talks about having a culture that empowers employees but then shows this kind of lack of engagement during interviews.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you tell me about your years of Healthcare experience prior to entering the IT field?
  • What college did you attend?
