Got a call from Visionet and scheduled an interview. Had one round of interview. Next day got an email saying I cleared the interview and to release the offer, submit documents. Shared the documents. The person told me HR will contact me for further discussion but I didn't hear back for 8 days. Contacted the hiring team person again for an update. He was shocked HR hadn't contacted me, said he'd inform her if she forgot. After 3-4 days, HR called for salary discussion, said she'd check and get back to me. No call for 10 days. Contacted the hiring team person again. He said he spoke with HR and she did contact me, but I didn't pick up. But she never contacted me again. Then he asked me to wait two more days, he'd check for an update and share. Still no call. It's been over a month since they were supposed to release the offer. Very rude, liar, and pathetic HR. They don't respect employees. If this is the ignored behavior before joining, the work culture must be pathetic. Totally waste of time.

First, there was an aptitude round with basic questions, some programming questions, and SQL queries. Then, a technical interview covering Oops concepts and Data Structures. Finally, an HR interview.
