Senior Software Engineer
The whole process went smoothly and communication was excellent. The recruiter made sure to keep me in the loop about everything that was happening. The interviewers made it feel like a real conversation, super interactive, and not like a formal interview.

First, there's an HR round. If you pass that, you'll move on to a technical round where they ask some OOP and DSA theory questions, along with questions about your tech stack and past experiences. They'll also give you one easy LeetCode question, specifically for string manipulation.
- Can you discuss your previous projects and what your role entailed?
- What are your thoughts on Object-Oriented Programming principles?
- Could you explain some Data Structures and Algorithms concepts?
Software Engineer
I applied online and the whole process took over two weeks. I was interviewed at Visier, in their Vancouver office. The process began with an email from the HR Technical Recruiter asking about my availability for a quick chat. Following that initial screen, the HR recruiter set up an onsite technical interview with the hiring team. The hiring manager and other team members were very knowledgeable and asked several insightful questions. The HR recruiter was professional and responsive. Then, a final interview was scheduled with the Development Director, which included a mix of technical, analytical, and cultural questions. The director was quite friendly. The entire interview process was great – quick, smooth, and reliable.
- What are some technical questions you can ask?
