First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Visible Alpha.
Sales Enablement Leader
There were 2 phone chats and 3 in-person meetings for the interview process. It went pretty smoothly, and even though some questions were tough, I managed to answer them because I was ready.
- Can you describe your previous roles and your experience?
- Tell me about your experience in past positions.
Brand Communications Manager
Got to the final stage of the interview process. Had 5 interviews with team leaders and cross-functional partners. Then was given two extra projects and ultimately received a rejection. The conversations were great, but after a month-long process, I got a generic rejection email with no feedback. My opinion of Visible Alpha changed, especially towards talent acquisition/HR. I followed up with the hiring manager 3+ times for feedback but never got a response. Horrible conduct by the hiring team. They don't respect qualified and interested talent. I'll never apply to Visible Alpha again; there are better companies with more professional teams that respect talent and their time.
- Can you tell me about your professional background?
Software Engineer
The interview process had 3 rounds. My overall experience was really good. They asked about my previous work and the tech stacks I know. The second round had some dynamic programming questions. The last round was with the director, where they talked about the company culture and their tech stack.
- Can you describe your past professional experience?
- Which technology stacks are you familiar with?
- Could you solve a dynamic programming related question?
Research Associate
The interview process had 2 rounds: first an aptitude test which was of average difficulty. The second round was a technical round. The technical rounds were a bit difficult; you need to be very informative in the first round. The second round will be conducted by a director, and you need to be conceptually strong with what you say, as they will delve deep into your explanations.
- Are you familiar with finance topics such as valuation?
