I applied for the Technology Consultant Intern role. The interviews were quite engaging, focusing on how advanced analytics can be applied in a business context. I'm heading to the assessment centre next week, and I'll provide a full summary after that.

It was a really interesting and involved interview process. They really dug into everything about me. I liked it because they gave me lots of chances to talk about my thoughts and what I know.

Coding Group Case Behavioral Technical

The interview process was excessively long. It began with an online application that required several hours to complete. Following this, there was a coding test where candidates were filmed, which felt overly scrutinizing. Then, a lengthy four-hour group interview involving a case study. The first two hours of this group session were dedicated to a presentation about the company's culture. The case study itself involved some Excel and SQL tasks. After the group interview, I had an in-person interview, which included specific soft skills questions and challenging case study questions. This was supposed to be the final stage, but I was then asked to attend another interview. In total, there were two individual interviews, one group interview, and multiple online tests, consuming over 15 hours of my time and costing nearly $50 for travel to various locations. Ultimately, I was not selected. I eventually received interview feedback two months later, after following up, which stated I didn't stand out and better candidates were chosen.
