Technical Behavioral Presentation

Applied online and then received an online test 5 hours later. The test had 7 parts. The math section was difficult, but the supply chain and management theory parts were fairly easy. The last part was a prerecorded interview, which I skipped because I don't think it's an efficient way to evaluate candidates for a client-facing role. It's hard for people to show their personalities on camera. I'd be skeptical of a consulting company that uses this method, especially since even Amazon uses live interviews.

Behavioral Case Case

So first, there were behavioural questions about my CV activities, which went super well. The team seemed really friendly and interested in hearing about my experiences. Then came 2 brain teasers. These were pretty tough if you haven't practiced them. Even if the first part went great, not doing well on this can hurt your chances. After that, there was a market sizing question. Again, practice is key here. They gave me time to figure out my approach and then explain the solution and my assumptions. They asked me to justify my assumptions as I went along, so it's important to clearly write out the math steps and use easy numbers. This part went better, but if the brain teasers didn't go well, it still impacts the offer likelihood.

For interns: there's a logic test that's eliminatory. On the same day, we do group dynamics, partner interviews, and hiring. For graduates: 2 to 3 interviews with partners. The interviewers are super attentive, they really want to get to know you, and they're very open about the company culture and values.
