This hiring process doesn't make sense, it's over the top and not strategic, with a total of 7 stages. I sent my resume and transcript, took a profile test, but I gave up when it came to a consulting test. They made it clear that you're better prepared for the test if you watch a 1 hour and 20 minute video they provide. So I quit, as there was still a group activity and two interviews left. It's an extremely unusual effort for an internship process at a company that doesn't offer any special benefits to employees. And you still risk not being approved! Save your energy for processes at renowned companies or multinationals, which certainly won't have so many stages. We start to get a feel for the company culture in the hiring processes. If these disproportionate requirements are applied to an internship candidate, imagine what it's like for employees.
