The interview has two main parts: Case Study Questions, where they will look at your market sizing, profitability, and business problem-solving skills. You should be ready for logical reasoning, structured thinking, and basic math. Then there is a Personality Assessment to see how you fit with the culture, your communication, and your problem-solving style. They might ask about teamwork, leadership, and how you handle challenges.

The interview process seemed aligned with the job description, but the interviewer failed to provide feedback by the promised date, postponing it twice. This contradicts Visagio's client-centric approach, as candidates are essentially clients during the interview. I felt this showed a lack of responsibility. Even if the answer were negative, if the responsible person promises a call and then only contacts two weeks later, it's disrespectful to those waiting and depending on the outcome for other job applications.

O processo iniciou com uma etapa online pela Gupy, que incluiu um teste lógico, um teste de consultoria e uma avaliação de CV. Não exigiu muita preparação. A segunda etapa consistiu em entrevistas com Partners/Managing Partners. Em comparação com outras empresas, estas entrevistas focam-se mais no 'fit' do candidato do que em testar conhecimentos técnicos. Das 3 entrevistas que fiz, apenas na primeira houve um 'case' de 15 minutos, considerado bastante fácil. Por fim, houve um teste situacional de 45 minutos com questões éticas sobre cenários profissionais.
