Product Manager
There were four interview rounds—peer, associated team, hiring manager, and senior director—each lasting about 30 minutes. The interviewers were punctual, patient, and friendly, making the process itself positive. However, it has been nearly a month with no follow-up from HR, which significantly impacted the overall experience due to the lack of closure.

Product Manager
We started with a 30-minute recruiter chat. Then there were 2-3 more rounds, including an interview with the Hiring Manager. This HM, Sourabh Pandey, who manages Authorize Net, was quite impatient. He constantly interrupted me, even when I was halfway through answering or explaining past projects, often cutting me off with 'I don't feel like that is the right solution.' He ended the 30-minute interview after just 15 minutes, citing time constraints and telling me to 'go read the job description' when I asked about the role. Honestly, even if an offer was made, I wouldn't have taken it.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Associate Product Manager
They also have a written assessment with super easy questions that you can give generic responses to. The process seems pretty standard for an APM role.
- What motivates you to pursue an Associate Product Manager role?
- Why are you interested in working for Visa?
- Could you introduce yourself?
