Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process was good and well put together. It started with introductions, then some behavioral and fit questions to see if I'd fit in. After that, there was a technical case study to see how I solve problems and understand the business, followed by a Q&A where I could ask about the job and company. It was a good way to show my strategic and practical skills and get a clear idea of what's expected.

Behavioral Technical

I went through the interview process for a Manager position at Visa. It started with a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager interview, and finished with a virtual onsite with three people from the team. The recruiter mentioned preparing for behavioral questions related to Visa's values, but the actual interviews were more about situational and tactical things. The themed panels weren't structured as I was told, which made it tough to get ready. The whole thing dragged on for more than nine weeks. I didn't get any response for three weeks after my last interview, even though I followed up a few times. Then, I got an email saying I was rejected, but no feedback was given. What was even weirder was that the job was posted again the same day, which makes you wonder about how they make decisions. Basically, the whole experience felt like it was missing clear communication, everyone being on the same page, and transparency.

Behavioral Technical

This was the worst recruitment experience. The recruiter was totally unresponsive, and I went into my second interview without knowing what to expect. I sent him five emails asking for info, but he never replied. My first interviewers were great; they knew what needed to be done and interviewed me professionally. I can't blame the director; she might have had different expectations. I haven't heard back about feedback, guidance, or support to improve. I think my interview went well, especially since it ended positively, but I don't know what went wrong to get rejected.
