The interview process involved an HR screening, followed by interviews with the Hiring Manager, Stakeholders, and finally the Site Lead along with the HR Head. I found the company to be very unprofessional and they did not provide any updates on my application status, essentially ghosting me. The office in the Philippines did not look like a modern tech company, it was not attractive. I am still waiting for a feedback survey so I can give their recruitment team a failing mark. Visa HQ should be aware of how incompetent Visa PH is. It's not really about not getting an offer, but them ghosting applicants.

I went through a really long interview process that took over two months and had 11 interviews with 8 different people. It even included final in-person interviews at one of their offices, after they flew me out there. I didn't get the job, which was a bummer, but honestly, I was more annoyed by how they handled things after the interviews. It felt unprofessional, especially considering how much time, travel, and effort I put in over several months.

It was a pretty conversational interview, mostly behavioral. I met with my manager, a future teammate, and a key stakeholder. Nothing too wild came up. The time between interviews was long, and the whole process took about 4 months.
