The interview process included three rounds. Round 1 was focused on discussing projects and experiences. Round 2 involved technical questions, including coding theory and problems, and SQL questions where I had to solve one query. Round 3 was a behavioral round.

First there was an assessment. Then after 1.5 months, I got a call for a tech phone screen that was supposed to be 30 min but only lasted 2 mins because the interviewer wasn't interested. Then there was a technical round. The skills mentioned were different from the questions I faced. The interviewers were arrogant and didn't seem to want to conduct the interview. It felt like a waste of time, and I'm glad I got rejected because I wouldn't want to work with such arrogant people. Overall, don't fall for the brand Visa if you value a good team and work-life balance.

Behavioral Technical

I had 2 interviews. The first was a general screening call and the second was more of a verbal quiz. I thought I did well and left a good impression, but I guess not. I sent a thank you note and didn't hear back. I followed up with the recruiter two weeks later and he responded right away, which made me feel like I was still in the running. However, another two weeks passed and I got an email saying they had cancelled the position. I was okay with that until I saw another position about two weeks later with the exact same job description but a different title.

  • Could you explain what a Gauge R&D is?
  • What kind of metrics do you typically use for your projects?
