So I had this interview process for a VCA Analyst role. It was supposed to be three rounds. First was an intro call, just to chat and see if I was a good fit. Then there was a case study on payments that I had to do beforehand, and then talk through it. The last round was a final interview with behavioral questions, and then a call with the whole team. The first two rounds happened, but man, the waiting was brutal, like weeks of silence and no replies to my emails. And the final interview? The interviewer just ghosted me, didn't show up, and I heard nothing for like seven hours even after emailing twice. All I got back was a lame, generic apology. They didn't even really own up to it. So I bailed. My advice? Treat candidates with respect, respond fast, and if you mess up like a no-show, own it. The interview process is basically a preview of how the company operates, so make it a good one.

The interview process started with a phone screen, which was an initial chat with the HR rep. Then came the 1st round, a Meet & Greet with the team, where we talked about their work backlog and got to know each other personally. The 2nd round was a Case Study with a panel of 6-7 people, where we worked through the requirements of the case study.

The interview process had 3 stages. It started with online questions, followed by a video call that included technical questions. Then there was an on-site interview. This on-site was a 1-hour in-depth technical session, covering architecture. I got the offer a week later. The people were nice, and it’s a good place to show what you can do if you work hard.
