The interview process had 4 rounds in total, including technical, manager, and client-facing rounds. They asked several questions to gauge the depth of my knowledge. The first two rounds were quite easy, but the client round lasted over an hour and focused on assessing the depth of your knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

I applied for an experience role. The interview was great, and if you have the knowledge, you need to impress the technical person and manager who were present in the panel. HR was not good, which is why I rejected the offer. I received a call from HR demanding money in exchange for increasing my package on the offer letter. Early on, they agreed to pay whatever I demanded at the time of the interview, but after that, HR started negotiating. Due to fear, I took my papers back and rejected the offer. Note: HR of Virtusa, I don't want to name the person, but please look into your management and find the loopholes in your HR community. I was very happy at the initial stage, but due to the HR's behavior, I decided to reject the offer.

There was a GD round, a pen & paper round and then two interviews. The topic for the GD was "Rising intolerance in India and its effects". In the pen & paper round, we were given a set of 10 questions which covered IT knowledge and HR aspects. It was fairly easy. Next, there were two interview rounds where IT knowledge was tested and the questions were about business analysis, UML, role of a Business Analyst, etc.
