I first met the recruiter at a conference, and about two weeks later, I had a phone interview. It was a panel of 3 people who were really professional and nice. After that went well, they wanted me to come to New York for a face-to-face interview. They sent me some dates, but they all clashed with my finals schedule. I couldn't change my finals, so I asked if I could come after. They sent new dates, and I picked one and confirmed via email. Here's where I messed up: I assumed the time and address were the same as the original dates, but they didn't actually send a confirmation. The night before, I checked and realized I didn't have a specific time. I emailed them to confirm, excited to come in. When I got to their office, I got an email saying none of the managers were in that day and they were sorry. I was bummed but replied understanding, mentioning I was there and asking to reschedule or at least see the office. I never heard back after that, and after one more email, I figured I should look elsewhere. While I get that big companies have scheduling issues, not replying afterward is not okay. I can deal with mistakes, but no info on rescheduling or covering my travel costs makes me hesitant to recommend them.

First, there was a short 15-minute phone chat covering behavioral stuff. Then, a 30-minute session that included both behavioral questions and a quick case study. The final part was a three-hour-long interview, split into three one-hour segments. These segments included a detailed case study, a discussion about industry knowledge and technical skills, and a final behavioral interview.

The interview process was really smooth and comfortable. It started with a telephonic round where they asked some basic questions about my current and past work experience. Then, I had an interview day at the NY office. It was a full day of 5 interviews with the Domain, Technical, BPM Practice, and Delivery heads. I got an offer letter in 2 days and a revised offer letter in another 2 days.
