The interview process consisted of a single round that covered both technical and HR aspects. During this round, I was asked questions on a variety of subjects, including a coding challenge. There were also some basic HR questions designed to assess communication skills. The overall difficulty of this round was not high, and I felt I performed well. I received the offer letter the following day.

There were three elimination rounds. The first was a written MCQ (easy) covering c#, .net framework, MVC, WEB API, AngularJs, and Angular2. The second was a first technical interview (hard), where two interviewers went through my resume in detail. The third was a second technical interview (very hard) with two senior leads who really grilled me, but they were satisfied if I just gave an approach when I couldn't answer. After these rounds, there was an HR discussion focused on salary negotiation and company terms. A key point was that they wanted my original 10th marksheet and a 6-month service agreement before giving an offer letter, promising to return the marksheet after 3 months of employment. They did agree to my desired package. I asked for a day to consider. After much thought, checking Glassdoor reviews, and consulting seniors, I declined the offer. I strongly advise against joining companies that demand original documents and bonds, as experienced professionals usually don't face this. Ultimately, it's your decision. GOOD LUCK!
