The interview process was super fast, the HR person and the manager were really helpful and proactive. They asked me about the Income Statement (shows profit/loss), Balance Sheet (shows financial position), and Cash Flow Statement (shows cash movement). Also asked about the difference between cash and accrual basis.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

So there were two technical rounds. The first one was pretty much about my past experience and some direct questions on basic SQL, Power BI, Python concepts and Excel. The second technical round involved me explaining one of my projects from the very beginning, including my thought process and approach. I had to explain everything step-by-step, and the interviewer was mainly trying to gauge my in-depth knowledge. In my case, I even went into explaining DAX queries along with the problem statement. They might also throw in a situational question to check your approach. And seriously, prepare for storytelling. That's the most important thing.

The interview process consisted of a single round that covered both technical and HR aspects. During this round, I was asked questions on a variety of subjects, including a coding challenge. There were also some basic HR questions designed to assess communication skills. The overall difficulty of this round was not high, and I felt I performed well. I received the offer letter the following day.

The technical round was good and I got selected. About 5 days later, they called again to finalize the package. Another day, when I called to ask about an email from the company, the HR person reduced the package. She was very rude and unprofessional. Then after a few days, she arrogantly told me to look for other options, which wasted a lot of time. This company doesn't have any policies, wants your 10th marksheet, and won't send anything by email until submission. They also make you sign a bond. Overall, it's a waste of time, and in the end, they tell you to look for other options. The HR department is completely unprofessional and mismanaged.
