I had a first chat with the hiring manager over the phone, about 20 mins, covering my background and interest in the role. She was super helpful and supportive. A few days later, I got a writing assignment to complete within an hour. Then, I had two interviews. The first was with two senior people, a relaxed 20-minute chat about my work experience, workload management, and prioritization skills. The second interview was with two team members I'd be working with, focusing more formally on my experience and its relevance to the role, asking about what I learned and gained. Feedback was quick, and the whole thing took about two weeks.

The whole experience was quick, friendly, and straightforward. From the first contact and follow-up to the initial interview, the take-home assignment, and the final interview, everything felt proactive and smooth. The talent manager was great, and both sets of interviewers made sure to leave time for detailed questions and general discussions after we gave our initial pitches and talked about our work history.

My initial interview stage went well, and the interviewer told me I was moving on to the next stage, but then I never heard back. It was a bit disappointing because there was a typical lack of honesty.
