Behavioral Other

I had a ZOOM interview process. There were 4 interviews in total, starting with a lower-level manager and ending with the director of the department. The director was unprofessional, showed up late, wasn't prepared, and was wearing athletic gym clothes. They offered me an insulting salary, which was a big disappointment with VCU, especially after completing 4 interviews.

The interview for the Aviation Research Assistant role was part of the Mayor's Youth Academy program, which made the process pretty straightforward. The interviewer asked me general questions about my resume and my qualifications for the internship. After that, I was offered the position and met my advisor, who then assigned me my tasks for the internship.
