The interview was on Hire Vue, it was pretty easy and direct. I was asked some questions about situations I'd been in and my experience. They also asked when I could start and about my previous work. The system gave me a question and then 45 seconds to answer it before I had to record my response.

I found the job on LinkedIn and then got an invite for a phone chat with the recruiter, Jessica. She was super nice and made the whole thing easy, making sure I knew what they wanted for culture fit. Then, a week later, I had a virtual interview with the director. He also explained really well what they needed in a leader to match the company's vibe and goals. After that, I went to their office in Plantation, which is really cool and the people there are great. I met with six other people, managers and directors. The whole thing from applying to getting the offer took just over three weeks. I rated it difficult because they are really picky about finding the right person who fits. Everyone there seems to really care about who joins the team.

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter, Jessica, who managed the entire process. She was very helpful and always had answers for my questions. Even though I was 7000 miles away in Europe, the interview process was really flexible. I had online video chats with several team members, including someone focused on cultural fit. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview, which was cool for such an innovative company. The whole process was quick and straightforward, one of the best I've experienced.
