Accessibility Specialist
The interviewer was late to start. She was in a room with a glass wall, which led to frequent distractions from coworkers passing by. I was told I'd get an update in a couple of weeks, but I was ghosted. The whole thing seemed pretty disorganized.
- Are you willing to work holidays and late nights for minimal compensation?
Analyst
The interview process had 3 stages, including calls with KForce reps, then the hiring manager, and finally the director. I felt all interviews went very well. They mentioned valuing inclusion and diversity, but it seemed like they were looking for a specific type of candidate. They asked me to present my thought process on solving a problem using a Tableau dataset, but then denied me the opportunity to present, instead asking for just an output. They stated they wanted to see my thought process more than an output, and that I didn't deliver what they 'asked' for, even though they also said not to present. My passion for the company seemed much higher than their interest in their current needs. KForce didn't help much, blaming external factors for good candidates not being hired. I'd suggest using better recruiters.

You gotta apply through your local recruiting agents first. If you pass the first interview, you'll go to the final interview. Make sure to create a good resume, including your experience and education. Do some research on the job you applied for, then just wait for the invite.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What do you know about this position?
Bartender
It's easy to apply and then you get scheduled with a Talent Acquisition member. You can have the interview via Skype in 2 days. The recruiter is a french guy from Apollo Group, and he's unprofessional, talking bad about other companies and acting like a beginner. He talks over you a lot and wastes time. He mentioned that mixologist isn't available, maybe bartender instead, which is unprofessional. I lost interest and wouldn't accept a job with this kind of recruiter. He also mentioned rules and using a guide, which he interprets as 'I do my own way'. He should reconsider his training.
- Tell me about why you want to join our company.
- What's the reason you left your last job?
