First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Virgin Media.
Customer Service Representative
I had an interview with Manpowr, it was face to face and not a group interview. They showed me around and put me at ease. Allowed me to relax and be myself. Made it very easy.
- Do you have a criminal record?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. The staff were nice and made me feel comfortable. They asked about my previous experience and for examples of customer interactions.
- Can you share some details about your past experience?
- Could you give an instance of when you helped a customer?
- Tell me about a time you handled a conflict with a customer.
Customer Care Representative
I applied online, then had to do a few short video responses to questions on screen. After that, I got a call saying I was successful and got invited to an in-person interview. They gave loads of advice on the videos, like what to say and not say, and how to film them, so it was pretty straightforward. The interview itself was with two people who were nice and made me feel comfortable. They told me I'd hear back by the end of the week, and I got a call Friday afternoon with the result.
