I applied online and the whole thing took about four weeks. The people I talked to were really nice and made me feel comfortable, almost like being at home. Be careful though, you might get too comfortable and end up saying things you shouldn't, especially for behavioral questions. 'Tell me about yourself' is a pretty open question, and while they act like they care where you're from, they really just want to see if you can present yourself well. If you're prepared, you can show your true personality, and they're good at figuring out if you'd be a good fit.

After going to an open house, I got an interview. I met with 3 people one-on-one. First was a general interview about my background and personality. Then, a recent hire asked about my electrical and software knowledge. The last person asked about fluid mechanics and heat transfer, like how to move gas between two connected containers, focusing on technical and classroom learning, including simple temp and pressure stuff. If you're an engineering grad, you should be fine, just be yourself and smile.

I had a video screening first, and then about 3-4 weeks later, a technical interview. I interviewed with the avionics team. They asked about my previous projects and work experience. I was told I'd hear back soon, but I haven't received any follow-up. It's a great company with a good vision, but I wish HR had provided an update instead of leaving candidates hanging.
