I had a screening with HR, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I went for an onsite panel interview which was about 3 hours long but pretty casual. They offered me the job, but then HR started to backtrack on the salary and never sent an official offer letter. I asked to counter offer because it was below what I expected, and then I never heard back from them.

It was a pretty thorough interview, mainly focusing on technical skills. There were also some personality questions and questions about past projects. I talked with several people, both in one-on-one meetings and in panels. Each session covered different topics. They really cared about finding someone who was a good personality fit, but also making sure my technical skills were solid. It felt like a pretty balanced interview overall.

Had a phone chat with HR first. Then a phone call with the hiring manager. Then the next week, we did an interview and a tour of the facility. The interview itself started with a one-on-one with the manager. After that, I had 45-minute interviews with team members, always two at a time. The whole interview day was about six hours long.
