So I interviewed with Viral Nation, and honestly, it was a pretty bad experience. They didn't give me any feedback on the assignment, and I felt like I experienced racial discrimination. At first, it seemed okay, but then when it came to the assignment, I sent it in on time, and got nothing back. It was unprofessional and frustrating because feedback is important. What made it worse was the racial discrimination I felt. It was clear from how I was treated. It made me feel excluded, and that's not okay. Everyone deserves a fair shot. It's a shame a company like this doesn't do better. I hope they learn from this and create a better environment. I'd tell others to be careful about this company. They were unprofessional and seemed discriminatory, and I can't recommend them. People should feel valued, and I didn't.

Started with a recruiter call where they asked questions about the job requirements. Then had a video interview with a developer that lasted about 30 minutes. I felt good about it and thought I did well on the technical part, especially since there was a take-home test next. But then I never heard back after the interview.

Started with a quick chat with HR, then a technical interview with the developers. If I did well on the technical part, the next step would have been a take-home coding challenge.
