The issue I have is they waited until the day of the class to tell me my system didn’t meet the requirements and they were rescinding my job offer. If I had known sooner I could have remedied the situation and been ready for class. They do the system test after they have run your background and have had you submit an I-9 with copies of your ID, birth certificate or social security card. To me a system test should have been done before I provided them all my personal information. I’m leery about any company that’s just collecting peoples information like that.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with our company?

I finished the application and a few days later got a request for a video interview. The software had an issue and didn't upload, so I had to redo it, which was fine. A few days after that, I got asked to schedule a phone interview. They only had one day available, the day after Christmas, so I scheduled it. I got the call that day, and the interviewer was really rude and rushed. She seemed like she hated her job and was annoyed she had to work after the holiday, even though I apologized and explained no other day was open. It was totally uncalled for her to take her frustration out on me. Maybe I dodged a bullet by having someone like that interview me. Apply at your own risk.
- Can you recall an instance where you offered assistance with troubleshooting in an online environment?

The application process was quite thorough, involving several grammar and typing tests, as well as a PC scan. You had to pass all of these. Then, during the actual interview, they explained the job details and asked me some questions about my past work. I also got to do a role-playing exercise, which I really enjoyed. It felt like a typical interview, and I honestly thought they might ask more questions, but they didn't.
- How would you deal with an angry customer?
- What is your background in customer service and sales?
