It was super easy, no tough questions at all. The interviewer was really nice, so don't stress. Everyone will get through it. It's the most chill interview ever.
- What is one of your weaknesses, and can you explain why?
- Tell me about a weakness you have and the reason for it.
Customer Service Representative
After submitting a detailed application, I was asked to do a video interview. The next day, Penny from HR called about my application and left a voicemail. I tried calling her back that day but couldn't get through. The day after that, I finally reached her extension. When I explained why I was calling, she hung up. I'm sharing this so you don't have the same experience. Don't waste your time with this company; they don't even bother to respectfully inform a candidate that their position has been filled after contacting them.
- Can you tell me why you applied for this role?

I finished the application and a few days later got a request for a video interview. The software had an issue and didn't upload, so I had to redo it, which was fine. A few days after that, I got asked to schedule a phone interview. They only had one day available, the day after Christmas, so I scheduled it. I got the call that day, and the interviewer was really rude and rushed. She seemed like she hated her job and was annoyed she had to work after the holiday, even though I apologized and explained no other day was open. It was totally uncalled for her to take her frustration out on me. Maybe I dodged a bullet by having someone like that interview me. Apply at your own risk.
- Can you recall an instance where you offered assistance with troubleshooting in an online environment?

The application process was quite thorough, involving several grammar and typing tests, as well as a PC scan. You had to pass all of these. Then, during the actual interview, they explained the job details and asked me some questions about my past work. I also got to do a role-playing exercise, which I really enjoyed. It felt like a typical interview, and I honestly thought they might ask more questions, but they didn't.
- How would you deal with an angry customer?
- What is your background in customer service and sales?
