Behavioral Technical

You'll have an in-person chat with the store manager first to go over your past experience and what a typical day looks like as an assistant manager there. It's pretty chill, they're mainly checking out your vibe to see if you'll fit in at Vineyard Vines. Then, you'll fill out a background check, which goes to a third party to make sure you don't have a history of stealing or any other major red flags. If your background checks out and your experience matches what the store manager is looking for, they'll give you a call to arrange an in-person or phone interview with the district manager. This one's a bit more formal, and the district manager will ask more business-focused questions to really gauge your understanding of the job. They really want to make sure you're set up for success and not put in a role you can't handle. They genuinely care about what's best for you and the company.
