Applied online and they got back to me about setting up an interview. The interview process was responsive and relaxed. They gave clear expectations when I asked, and I got to know the company. They responded about the interview in a few days after it happened.

Had a phone call first to go over the job role and details beyond the basics, and to set up an in-person interview. Then, I met at the store where we talked about my past experience and the skills I have. The manager really emphasized communication since it's a sales job. We also discussed hours, but apparently they schedule flexibly. It wasn't a super tough interview, but the manager seemed like they could definitely have favorites.

  • Do you feel comfortable engaging with customers?
  • How do you handle receiving a 'no' and continuing to engage?
