First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vineyard Vines.
Intern
They got in touch to set up a phone interview, but it turned out to be a video call when I phoned in. This video call went for about 30 minutes, and I spoke with other interns, someone from HR, and another person from HR. It was a bit confusing, and when I answered questions, they didn't seem super engaged.

Intern
The process was well communicated. It started with a round with the Hiring Manager, then a second round with the actual team. The first round went well and the hiring manager was positive and genuine. The second round was also very easy, mostly consisting of resume questions. The people involved were very genuine.
- Can you tell me what sparked your interest in this field?
Intern
It was a quick call over the phone. They asked me about myself and what I was looking for in an internship. Then they explained what the intern role entails and the day-to-day responsibilities.
