- Tell me about yourself, why are you interested in this internship?
Project Manager
Very structured interviews, with clear deadlines and major milestones. The HR teams put me at ease and were transparent about the missions and objectives. Only pre-hiring internships, which is very motivating. Interviews with the manager and the director (initial contact that puts you at ease).
- What are your expectations for this internship?
Project Manager
So the hiring process involves a few steps. You'll have interviews, sometimes it's just you, sometimes it's a group of us, or a panel. We do interviews in person, over the phone, email, or video calls. It really changes depending on the company, the job, and who's in charge of hiring.
- What's your approach to comparing two suppliers?
